In celebration of the longest hours of darkness and the re-birth of the sun; the Solstice; this two-day retreat will comfort you in a mindful exploration of the senses. This retreat will combine breathwork, yoga, sensory meditation, create your own solstice painting and conclude with a mindfulness eating exercise.

The Lake House on Canandaigua is partnering with Hikyoga for the perfect winter wellness retreat. You’ll be guided through candlelit yoga, meditation and yoga slow flow followed by a therapeutic wood burning session and a wellness series discussion.
