
New Year Wellness Retreat
Welcome the new year with intention and balance during our two day New Year Wellness Retreat, held in celebration of International Mind-Body Wellness Day. Slow down, reconnect, and nourish your mind, body, and spirit as you reflect on the year past and set your energy for the one ahead.
Begin Saturday with restorative yoga and a soothing sound bath designed to center and calm. Sunday unfolds with a hypno-meditation journey and nature immersion walk, followed by creative workshops featuring woodburning art and aromatherapy salt scrubs. The weekend concludes with energizing embodied movement and a grounding closing ceremony to carry your refreshed spirit into the new year.
Optional Tarot and Henna sessions add a touch of creativity and self-discovery throughout the weekend.
