Rose Tavern is a New American restaurant serving a rustic, seasonal menu inspired by the bounty and beauty of the Finger Lakes region. Centered around a wood-fired hearth, Rose Tavern is heralded for embracing local ingredients and classic cooking techniques.

Sand Bar

A longtime institution, Sand Bar originally opened in 1994. We preserved the character that made it the legend it is while updating the menu with an extensive beer and wine selection, fresh cocktails, and simple yet perfect bar staples like crisp golden fries. It’s the casual dockside hangout spot you crave after a long day on the lake. Pull up a chair under the famous hanging boat and let us handle the rest.

Pool Bar & Grill
GRAB A CHAIR AND SOAK UP THE SUMMER SUN WITH A COCKTAIL IN-HAND
The Pool Bar & Grill is closed for the season and will reopen in May 2026.
The pool and hot tub remain open year-round from 8AM to 11PM. The pool is heated to 82° and the hot tub to 102°.
