Will the sound be continuous for the entire 24 hours?
Yes. The Event Barn will be filled with continuous live sound for the full 24 hours, guided by different sound practitioners rotating throughout the experience.

What time can I arrive?
There are no specific entry times based on ticket type. Whether you purchase a 4, 8, 12, or 24-hour ticket, you’re welcome to arrive at any time during the 24-hour experience and stay for the duration of your selected pass.

What should I bring?
Guests should plan to bring anything they would like for their personal comfort, as we won’t be providing mat or other equipment. Many participants choose to bring things such as: A yoga mat, Blankets, Pillow or cushion, Eye mask, Water bottle,

What should I wear?
We recommend comfortable, layered clothing that allows you to relax, stretch, or sleep comfortably. Temperatures may shift slightly overnight, so layers are helpful.

Can I sleep during the event?
You’re absolutely welcome to rest and sleep in the Event Barn where the sound journey is taking place. For those who would prefer a private room to rest and refresh, we’re offering a discounted overnight rate at The Lake House on Canandaigua. You can use the code OVRNGT when booking to receive the special rate.

What food options are available?
Both of our on-site restaurants will operate during their normal business hours. We will also have grab-and-go food options available at the front desk.

What types of instruments will be used?
The journey will feature individual sound practitioners using a wide range of instruments to create an immersive and evolving soundscape, including: Crystal singing bowls, Himalayan metal bowls, Gongs, Shruti box, Swinging chimes, Koshi chimes, Resonating tubes, Ocarina, Rattles, Ocean drums, Crystal pyramid, Alto flute, Hand pan, and more! Each practitioner brings their own unique style and instrumentation, so the experience will continuously shift and unfold throughout the 24 hours.
